75 Minutes of Compassionate Inquiry® (CI)

CI is a psychotherapeutic approach (a form of counselling) developed by Dr. Gabor Maté.
Like many methods of talk therapy, the therapist supports the client to recognize the unconscious dynamics which run their lives.
However, this approach is unique, placing strong emphasis on body awareness connected to the emotional/psychological process unfolding.
This offers great insight into how your body responds when you're under pressure navigating daily or pivotal challenges.
Psychotherapeutic approaches like CI can be particularly supportive for those exploring: Anxiety, ADHD, Intergenerational Trauma, Neurodivergence, PTSD and CPTSD.

75 Minute Virtual Zoom Session

75 Minutes of Multidisciplinary Care, Including Modalities Listed Below, Education, and Integrative Homecare Recommendations.
*If it has been longer than 10 Months since your last visit please apply as a new client.*

- Compassionate Inquiry (CI): Method of counselling studied with Dr. Gabor Maté.
-Counselling integrated massage (Massage is typically a small portion of the time and directed by the purpose identified during talk therapy)
- Bentonite Clay Steam Pack (Increases efficiency of Bodywork by 20-45%)
- Craniosacral Therapy (CST)
- Prenatal and Postnatal Education/Consulting
- Pelvic Floor Education/Consulting

~Existing Prenatal Client~ 75 Minute Session

This is a great option for families who plan to enter birth on their own and would like to contribute to their education and preparation. The session is custom designed to answer your specific questions and to teach comfort measures/massage techniques to the support person planning to attend the birth (partner/husband).
Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in as we will go over different laboring positions and comfort measures for laboring. Feel free to bring any resource materials you have been using: books, manuals from prenatal classes, etc.

60 Minute Prenatal Consult

This is a great option for families who plan to enter birth on their own and would like to contribute to their education and preparation.
The session is custom designed to answer your specific questions and to teach comfort measures/massage techniques to the support person planning to attend the birth (partner/husband).
This longer session is best if you have more than one area of specific concern. ie: stages of labor, previous birth experience/challenge, hospital practices, etc. 
Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in as we will go over different laboring positions and comfort measures for laboring. Feel free to bring any resource materials you have been using: books, manuals from prenatal classes, etc.

2 Hour Prenatal Consult

This session is custom designed to support the processing of a previous prenatal experience through emotional support and education.
This time may be used to explore a previous birth experience or other pregnancy related challenges such as: postnatal anxiety/depression, conception/fertility difficulties, and miscarriage or loss.

Option to incorporate the following modalities at no additional charge:

3 Hour Multidisciplinary Postnatal Debrief

75 Minutes of Pediatric/Adolescent Multidisciplinary Care Including Modalities Listed Below, Mindfulness Techniques, and Integrative Homecare Recommendations.

Mindfulness Based Breathing and Self-Regulation Techniques
Bentonite Clay Steam Pack (Increases efficiency of massage therapy by 20-45%)
