In March the application to the federal trademark registrar was sanctioned! This approval recognizes our work together as the first of its kind:

The development of massage-integrated psychotherapy as a recognized approach.

As a result, my practice is focused on the development of this method. The following is a basic guideline of what to expect in your appointments:

- We will connect with your body through dialogue and/or guided grounding exercises.
- We will identify your intention for the session.
- We will fulfill your intention utilizing dialogue, breathwork and/or bodywork.
- Upon closing the session we will review integrative homecare for between appointments.

The bodywork (massage) component of appointments is determined organically during the initial talk therapy component. The amount of bodywork performed is based on the needs of your body and your intention for the time.

It is an honor developing this innovative path of well-being with you. I am excited for the advancement of this therapy and the benefits it offers.
