60 Minute Prenatal Consult

Description

This is a great option for families who plan to enter birth on their own and would like to contribute to their education and preparation. The session is custom designed to answer your specific questions and to teach comfort measures/massage techniques to the support person planning to attend the birth (partner/husband). Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in as we will go over different laboring positions and comfort measures for laboring. Feel free to bring any resource materials you have been using: books, manuals from prenatal classes, etc.
