The rate per session will remain $140 - This change in value reflects the specialized nature of massage integrated counselling and my continuing investment in educational growth, while maintaining a rate below the local average for individual counselling.* 75 Minutes of Pediatric/Adolescent Multidisciplinary Care Including Modalities Listed Below, Mindfulness Techniques, and Integrative Homecare Recommendations. *If it has been longer than 1 year since your last visit please book as a new client.* - Compassionate Inquiry (method of counselling studied with Dr. Gabor Maté) - Medical pediatric massage therapy - Mindfulness Based Breathing and Self-Regulation Techniques - Bentonite Clay Steam Pack (Increases efficiency of massage therapy by 20-45%) - Craniosacral Therapy (CST) - Reflexology *Generally I only allow 1 session per day per household to ensure best quality and depth of care.
